Vin Chaud, Inc. (“Om,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Om mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Om is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require users to create accounts, and we do not collect names or email addresses. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
Om does not ask for or collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, or contact information.
Payment Information and Subscriptions
Subscriptions and payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID. Om does not collect, store, or have access to your full payment information, including credit card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple ID credentials. Apple may provide Om with limited, non-personal information related to your subscription status (for example, whether a subscription is active, expired, or canceled). This information is used solely to confirm access to subscription features and operate the Services. Om does not receive information that personally identifies you. Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Usage, Diagnostic, and Advertising Measurement Information
Om may collect limited, anonymized technical and usage information, including:
• App performance and crash diagnostics
• Feature usage and interaction patterns
• Device type and operating system
• Anonymous identifiers used for analytics and advertising attribution
• Conversion events such as whether a subscription purchase occurred This information is used only to:
• Operate and improve the Services
• Measure app performance and stability
• Understand feature usage
• Measure advertising effectiveness and conversion events (such as purchases)
Om does not attempt to identify individual users from this data.
Advertising and Attribution
Om uses privacy-preserving advertising measurement tools (including Meta/Facebook App Events and Apple’s SKAdNetwork) to understand whether app installs or purchases result from advertising. These tools may collect anonymized device and usage information for attribution and performance measurement. Om does not receive information that personally identifies you. Where required by law, Om will request permission before enabling advertising-related tracking.
Cookies and Tracking
Om does not use cookies or cross-site tracking technologies within the mobile app. We do not track users across third-party apps or websites, and we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
How We Use Information
We use the limited information available to us to:
• Enable core app functionality

Om does not send marketing emails and does not engage in behavioral profiling.
